Молодой канадской компании ImmerVision удалось создать вьюер, не уступающий по качеству рендеринга панорам такому признанному лидеру, как QuickTime.

Особенную привлекательность решению ImmerVision придаёт широкая распространённость виртуальных машин Java - это означает, что потенциальная аудитория панорам, созданных с этой технологией, очень широка, поскольку не требуется устанавливать дополнительное программное обеспечение.

Long time the numerical Java-based viewers could find only limited demand. They couldn't meet the expectations of VR community based on the performance of QTVR technology - first of all to provide high-quality full screen rendering. This tradition was changed by the young ambitious Сanadian companу ImmerVision - their innovative viewer Pure Player can render panoramas as good as QuickTime.

Java environment is already installed on majority of personal computers all over the World. It means that the visitor shouldn't install any aditional software on te local computer. And it explains why Java-viewers survived on the early stages of their development, when the were far inferior to such mature technology as QuickTime.

Все панорамы предназначены для просмотра в полноэкранном режиме. Кадая панорама будет открываться в новом окне. Размер панорам - от 1,5 до 2,5 мегабайт.

All panos are optimized for full screen viewing. Once you shoose the pano it will be displayed in the new window. The size of download for each pano is from 1,5 to 2,5 megabites.

Sperical panoramas are interactive. It means that the viewer can interact with the picture by clicking the it with the left button of the mouse pressed and dragging it into desired direction. Viewer can also zoom in and out - by pressing Ctrl and Shift.

Сферические панорамы интерактивны. Это означает, что зритель может взаимодействовать с изображением, кликнув на нём левой кнопкой мыши и, не отпуская её, перетаскивать изображение в желаемом направлении. Изображение также можно отдалять или приближать, нажимая кнопки Ctrl и Shift.
